New Cookbook for MC & IBD Patients

Post by tex »

As anyone who has browsed through all the recipes listed in "Dee's Kitchen" has noticed, over the years, Dee entered many safe and delicious recipes there. Recently, I helped her put all of those recipes into a new book titled The Microscopic Colitis & IBD Cook Book. It's a thick book with many pages, because the book contains over 260 recipes, plus many ingredient substitutions, and cooking tips. Because it contains so many pages, the printing costs are rather high, so it's not the cheapest cookbook listed on Amazon, but it's certainly the most comprehensive cookbook for anyone looking for MC friendly recipes. The book is available on Amazon in paperback, hardback, e-book, and audiobook versions, at:

In the US: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FWBLGJRG

In Canada: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0FWBLGJRG

In the UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FWBLGJRG

In Australia: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0FWBLGJRG

And the book should be available anywhere else in the world, and can be located by doing a search.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Ohhh!! Great job!!
Are you planning to translate it into Spanish?
If so, I'll wait. If not, I'll buy it and translate it myself as I go along.
Thank you both so much!!
A big hug,
Marta

To be honest, we never gave that any thought. We will look into it, but I'm afraid hiring a professional translator would be prohibitively expensive, and I'm not sure how well Google translate would work for recipes.

Okay. That makes perfect sense. It must have taken a lot of effort to lay it all out.
I'm going to buy it and translate it.
Thank you very much.
A big hug.
