I have to say the YOGA instructor, Jo-Ti, is AWESOME--does NOT compare to Elaine whom we have in AZ.--@ the senior center--

The hour and a 1/2 flew by---and being I am seeing a PT ---she would instruct me---to do/or not to do--

I still cant believe that I am doing all this----cus I was THE COUCH POTATOE----

My daughter Deb has *CW* and it drives me NUTZ----hold on mom--got another call!!!!
So does my SIL ---but she doesnt call me anymore---so no need to worry about her--

Sounds like you have an estranged family member as well. I have a brother that has dis-owned myself and my sister. But I have found lately that alot of little things that used to bother me, just don't any more.

Calamity---

My sister-in-law was always a strange person~~~~and my niece and nephew total ignorant---inconsiderate ---everything to them is me/me and me----
We havent heard from then since Robert died in 04~~~~~actually NEVER heard from them---only @ Xmas when the *gifts* were brought---
Even when their Uncle Louie who went thru by-pass---not even a phone call!!!---
Gee maybe they live on MARS!!!!---that would be a real looooooong distance *how are U guys* phone call

And I have gotten to feel as U-----tisnt worth frettin over -so to hell with it~~


As they say Calamity---what goes around comes around~~~
