I moved the Local Weather link down to the right end of the third row of links at the top of each page, (where you see the little raincloud icon).
Before it will show you a forcast, though, you must enter either a zip code, or a city and state/province/etc, in your profile. If you enter a city, rather than a zip code, you will need to click on the Select your City button, and then enter your city, state, (abbreviations for state work), and click on the "Search" button. If it returns the correct location, then just click on that location, and the system will automatially enter the corrrect code for your location into your profile.
Note that at the bottom of the weather page, there is a slot where you can request a weather report for anywhere in the world. If you use that option, it will allow you to choose the number of days you want the forcast to show.
Be aware that if you enter your zipcode, and someone clicks on your name in the memberlist, they will see our zipcode. If you enter a city and state, then the code that the system places in your zipcode box will be unrecognizible. Instead they will see a code that represents your location on a weather grid. For example, my location displays in the memberlist profile as USTX0081, when i use the city and state. Only registered members can see the memberlist. It is invisable to unregistered viewers. However, as soon as someone registers, they can see the memberlist. Therefore, I would suggest that it's safer to use a city/state combination, rather than a zipcode.
I hope you find this feature useful.
