Not feeling well and transitioning from loose stools to constipation. I'm constantly tired - barely able to stay awake during the day, my eyes literally want to close and my brain refuses to work.
I came home from work today and slept for 3 hours even though I am not to sleep except at night. I'm heading for bed now because I am worn out.
My neck and back are giving me fits and I have constant headaches.
Just wanted to whine a little. Going to bed now.
Love to all

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha
I don't know what to say. It makes me feel bad just reading your post.
You've got to have some relief. I'm hoping that changing your routine today, will help you to get some rest tonight.
Pleasant dreams.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I feel for you... have not slept well in three years.. when I try to read I fall asleep but at night I get only several naps even if I manage to stay awake all day. I have more or less decided to just live with this hoping it will improve.. unfortunately it hasn't changed much..LOL

Mars, I really feel for you too. I've just been struggling with a round of disturbed sleep. Sometimes I wake up and my stomach hurts probably due to the h. pylori infection. Othertimes, my mouth is so dry I really need water. It seems to be getting better though. I almost slept through the night last night. The combination of Natural Calm and Seriphos makes the sleep I do get more restful.
Sleep disturbance is a real problem in chronic fatigue. I wish you could find a doctor who is an expert in chronic fatigue, like Dr. Teitelbaum in Annapolis, so you could get to the bottom of this.
Wishing you and GrannyH some good sleep. Hugs, Celia
Hi Mars...sorry you are feeling this way....could there be something in the house or something you are using that may be doing this to you, and if youmare still using the sleep meds could there be an interaction with something you're eating to cause this? What does the Doc say? Love Oma
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
Sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly Mars. Are you on any kind of GF diet? I hope you feel better soon.
Dr Fine test shows positive for gluten and casien but negative for soy, eggs, and yeast

Glad you are feeling a bit better Mars. Not sleeping properly is terrible & enough stress on you without all the other stuff. Hope things settle down soon.
Love
