Bad Headache........

I have a really bad headache for some reason, I never got that popcorn..I had a hint of a headache and took my last Tylenol w/Codene and hasn't helped much...soooo...I will fix myself a hot lavender and Chamomile compress for my head. Spray my pillow with Lavender and see if it helps any at all tonight. I thought about taking a sinus pill, but I think that would be over kill and dangerous to take too many things at once.

Oh, No Oma - I'm so sorry that you are having a bad headache. I wish the lavender will help you and a good night's sleep.
