Well. We are now officially out of the classroom.........and start on live phone calls on Monday. :work2: There weren't enough phones ready for all of us, so 1/2 got on the live calls and the other half plugged in and listened and helped if needed.
Sooooooo now we have 80 hrs (2 weeks M-F) in this training...then we will be on our own so to speak. It seems easier than what we had to do on the other campain so I don't see any problems. except maybe a bit of panic the first call.......but Calamity can handle it! :coach:
I have my first Doctor appt with myt new insurance on the 7th of Aug. Can't wait.
