I hope you are all having a great holiday weekend......I today but have Sunday and Monday off (Monday with Pay) We aren't gpoing anywhere this year 1. people are too crazy on the hyw and 2. I really don't feel like it.
But I hope you are all doing something fun. I just watched my miniature pincher grab a Dove wing and run for his yard. Mike shot some dove today for the freezer. Dove season opened Friday. Anyway, I wished I had a camera handy...we now call him our short bird dog.

hahahaha...I made $4.80! No one was out and about yesterday....I'll try again in a few weeks. some neighbors gave me some great stuff to sell and I get to keep the $...like a new doll house....a new ceiling fan...cool stuff.
My sister gave me an old painting to sell...her friend did it in 1969...I put a $2 price on it. The first person at the sale was the gal who painted it...how embarrassing was that? I finally gave it to a neighbor for free. She said once a friend of hers found one of her paintings at the dump...that is even worse! TTFN...JJ
Well, I traveled. Geoff and I went to Milwaukee for his cousin's wedding. It was a nice weekend and a lovely wedding.
I'm tired today, but I suppose I can survive a 4 day week. Geoff and I no longer have weekend plans looming. We had 2 weekends without set plans all summer (actually he had 3 as I went away one weekend with college friends and he stayed home). Its been a fun summer, but I'm glad to slow down a bit.
We will repeat the trip next year for another one of his 3 cousins' wedding.
