As I said its been an xhausting trip-----and the *nerve endings* are a bit frazzled---

Arizona must be happy to see us cus we filled up (on empty-as is Lou;s xciting thing to do) and which makes me and the charge receipt registered $1.00~~~~~~
Yup U reading it right---I asked him----*So what do U wanna do---go back and THANK THEM for the TREAT!!!!
Gas prices cross the country rose and rose----but sure didnt smell like a ROSE!!!!!

Hi Barb,
Glad you're there safe and sound. The thing about the gas--that happened to us once. The fellow at the gas station had apparently logged the gas price as $0.0269 instead of $2.69. The gas station was really full and everyone was on their cellphone calling all their friends and neighbors. We filled up for $4.00 or something. That was in Florida. It was sure fun.
