We are rolling along-----Good weather and all that--
I cant believe that soon will be here--and then a new year~~~

When we get home---there are problems to FIX----bathroom has been leaking and our neighbor spotted it(thankfully) when he went into the garage to get something--saw the WALL looking kinda soggy just sheet rock stuff but he tore a piece off and there was the DRIP--DRIP--DRIP-----
Just what one wants to do when arriving home from a vacation---UFF!!

Like I said, It was not really a promotion, just a way for Maggie & I to be able to get on to the emergency contact list. Have not done any 'moderating ' but have offered my services if needed. There appears to be enough poeple doing it at the moment anyway.

Not really, Senior Twinnie. I only use between 1 & 3 fingers. Have tried typing programs & such without much success so stick to what I can do. Probably my knotty arthritic fingers don't allow me to type properly.

Is it possible that someone who has a key to your home, could hire someone you know that is reputable and trustworth and have the work done while you are in AZ so you don't have to face it when you get back?

Just might be worth investigating.
