Well today my friend got me into *sit and be fit* Xercizes!!!!

This gal is gonna kill me!!!

But Carmen said---*look @ how fit we will be by the time we get home*!!!

Sure said I---but *how about when all *SAGS* while we are home*
So we use our *weights* and CHAIRS to do various strengthening of our body~~~

U cannot sit still with a friend like Carmen--

This was 2 hours worth~~~~~~


Cant say my DAYS are DREARY

Hi Senior
Just been trying to track Nikki down. She is flying out of New York bound for London in about an hours time. She has had a great time in your country & all on her own. Cousin got homesick after 6 days & went home leaving her to travel around USA for the next month alone. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as she then met a lot more people that she probably would have if she were with someone else. It sort of forced her to talk to other people & she now has many American friends.

On her way to her new job in London with, it seems, a whole lot more confidence in herself. Spoke to her again yesterday & she has had a wonderful time & does not show any signs of homesickness as yet. Got a bit lonely at times, especially at night, but all in all, it has been a wonderful experience for her.
Waiting now for the photos which she will email when she gets settled in England.

Hi Barb

I think it has really brought her out of herself. If she had been with Liam still they would no doublt have kept largely to themselves but being on her own forced her to talk to other people & it has been the greatest thing for her. I am so proud of her. She stayed at the Salisbury in Noo Yawk. All of her accomodation was prebooked so she had no worries there. All other places were booked in both their names but in Noo Yawk it was in her cousin's name for some reason & they were not going to let her in until he arrived. She eventually convinced them, in no uncertain terms, I believe, that he was NOT going to be there & seeing that it was all paid for anyway they had no option but to let her into her room.
