Seeing Doug is heart warming---yet he has his issues too--but is not a complainer---
Still hurts me to watch him----he is such a cutie pie---

yup--it hasnt been a most relaxing--enjoying--vacation--

Stay - Relax - Think Positive - Eat Well - Do Yoga - ENJOY!!

Boy, do I wish I could have a couple of months to be in that area - the birding is spectacular.

Paleo is going OK but I still can't do the meat and will not give up the bread. Giving it a full 6 weeks under my belt before I really ascertain how it is going. Right now after 3 weeks, things seem to be the same and I still am looking for all that energy everyone says comes with the diet. Also have to get an exercise program going since I am mostly a lazo. When I get home from work I am just too tired. Put that behind me and trudge onward.
