Hi Terps!

I wanted to comment on some of your posts, so I started this new one.

YESSSSS! The lecture on Ultralongevity was definitely kick-a$$, as you said! What excited me was the fact that they are now finding out through actual scientific research that many of those holisitic/eastern medicine/alternative practices do indeed benefit the immune system. It is no longer hocus-pocus or just take it on faith. And I like the shift toward QUIETING the immune system, since I am convinced that MC and food intolerances are manifestations of a hyperactive immune system.

You are more than welcome to share these findings with another website.

GO BIRDS! I will be going to a game the next time the Yankees are in town. I also like your favorites (present as well as past - who can ever forget 2131?). What do you think of Kevin Millar? He impresses me too.

Re the job situation in AZ..........why don't you come on back home to MD???? The job situation is good - low unemployment. I'd be happy to keep my eyes and ears open to job possibilities if you'd like. Let me know exactly what you are looking for and I'll be happy to help. And THEN you can watch our awesome teams play in person - MD football/basketball, Orioles, Ravens, JOHNS HOPKINS LACROSSE - did you see them win the championship against Duke last week? Incredible game!

Yes I haaaaate Duke!

I am in AZ because my wife has a kick-a$$ job with Wl Gore in their engineering department. So I am basically trying to make my living hear as well which is not easy but her job makes it worth the hassle. I thnk we plan on moving back to MD in the future but not for at least 5 years since we bought a house and dont want to lose money on it. But if the offer of keeping your ears open is still there I will appreciate it much then!

I like Millar's attitude but I feel his physical abilities are depleting... of course this is coming now when the O's are on a long losing streak (I believe when you posted this the Orioles were at .500 and the season was looking up). However nothing will help unless they start hitting the ball and scoring runs! I am personally impressed with how well Jeremy Guthrie has pitched this year... what a surpirse!

I definately want to quite my immune system and appreicate your post- this coming on a day in whcih my immune system is probably acitve- I stuffed a bunch of checks for work yesterday in envelopes and fear i might have been glutenized.... DOH! I think next time I will wear latex gloves next time.
