Well well well-----Mr. Louie got a letter informing him that EZ Pass caught him going 1 mile over the speed limit on the thruway!!!

Well, if it was your fault, you'd think he would have been going a lot faster than just one mph over the speed limit.
I'm guessing that was just a warning - surely they don't levy a fine for just one mph over the limit.
Geez, they're kinda sticklers for details up there in Noo Yawk, ain't they. LOL.
