Thank you everyone.

As I was telling Peggy, I had a lovely day. We went to Brisbane & did some shopping & then had lunch at the Brook hotel where we met some friends. I must have been a lucky omen that day as one of our friends was playing the pokies & every time I went near him he got a jackpot. I was going to start charging for my services. :lol: Unfortunately I did not bring myself any luck because I did my dough. Not very much I might add because I only put in what I am prepared to lose & that is not much. Not a terribly keen gambler I am afraid. Robert bought me a beautiful gold chain & a wireless card for my laptop. Lucky me. So there, I am lucky after all.

Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."
