Hockey tix - woohoo!

Mike's dept. got chosen to have first dibs on some SJ Sharks tickets left from the sales department. He and I are going tonight - and they are LUXURY BOX tickets!!!

I have *never* been to a sporting event and sat in a luxury box!! I don't know squat about hockey, but who cares!! There will be a full spread of food and drinks - and they've even bought us a parking pass!

So we went over the food dilemma last night. I figured I'll see what is there - probably a buffet-type selection, so I may be able to eat *some* things. If not, there is a huge arena full of food, so I could probably get my hands on a salad of some kind, or a burger minus the bun if I venture out into the food service area....

At least I know I can drink the wine - then I'll have to meet his boss and do the "small-talk" thing...

Fantastic Mary!

Ron and I had tickets given to us for a Canucks game (against Detroit). We lost miserably, but it was tons of fun anyway. We go to lots of the junior A team games because they are so much more affordable than national league hockey, and the arena is walking distance from our home.
