Yes, it is hard to believe that you have been here for 4 years. I clearly remember when you first joined. A group of us had flown to Oregon to visit Sally (the originator of this Board). We posted to you from Sally's computer, and I recall how discouraged and frantic you were at that time.
(Weren't we all upon initial diagnosis?)
And now look at you! You are the one who has taught me the most about the caveman diet and the wonderful variety it affords. I still make your paleo paste regularly! You are the Cavewoman Queen around here.
