Kel----sorry to confuse U about my parents----

I had a family life with them BUT my mom never spoke of anything to me----she was that way---

I was questioning *stufff* ----thus all the chatter I posted--

My dad passed away in1963 @ age 53 from a massive heart attack
My mom passed away Oct. 1999---diabetic issues---matter of fact she passed 3 weeks before my nieceLisa--her grandaughter was to be married--needless to say that was a mixture of happiness and sadness---

So to clear up matters---my mom --as I always say--never GREW with the times--
An Xample---if I said I had my period --she got so *red* and said U mean mensus--

I just seem to be in a *Questioning* state of mind---

Barb,

Thanks for clearing things up. I wasn't able to decifer from the post if you had known your father, nor not, but I am glad that you did know them and glad that you are getting some answers filled in.

I don't blame you for being in a questioning state of mind and it is good that you are seeking and finding some answers.
