my physical therapy!!!!

Went @ 7am this morning and was worked on for an hour and 1/2---and YESSSSSSSSS it is my sciatic nerve that has been abused due to my uneven walking due to my TOE!!!!!

The tretment was *OUCH* but felt good-----he hit that spot and now I am on my way to getting the nerve *unnerved* thank goodness for that--

Cannot sit too long---off the feet and lying down has been *the answer* with continued therapy for as much as I am allowed--

And I have started to walk--evenly--altho my toe pains a bit---

They wanted to know WHO was the PAIN in the BUTT--
Louie has been there for megga treatments too so they KNOW him---
I have to say Frank is a fantastic therapist--including his aids---

So I shall follow orders and pop in here and there--to see how all are doing--
