I don't know what the heck I was thinking yesterday!!

It was Milk of Magnesia that I gave Jack after his surgery ..
A shot glass of it and then a cup of warm water. The water should be the warmth of just before hot!

Hopefully --with all the Xercizers they had me doing--if an ACHE---ACHES--

I will know how to manage the pain--

I know what pain is connected to which pain!!! If that makes sense

I know all too well about what pain is connected to what body part.
I threw my right hip out while camping again and was on the floor of the trailer doing my exercises! ARGH!!
Finally feels like I got it to slip back in Thank Goodness!!!
Happy to hear that your PT is over and you now have the knowledge to deal with the sciatic pain when it hits again.
