Howdy do Sally------nice to meet U--

I had to tell U that my first GI---whose name is KRAMM---believe it or not---

--kept telling me for years that I IBS!!!!! and I kept asking like *WHAT* does that cover???

This is how uneducated I was to all this--
1. never had a colonoscopy--I think until being with him for 10 years!!!! 1991 first look see!!!
2. then he show me a medical book--which states Dr. SoandSO discovered MCC---said I* so what does that do for me?? what is it and what do U do!!! (oH he discovered MCC in 1979)

3. He medicated me incorrectly---but I will say I didnt do any checking cus I was clueless--
4. finally I left him and went to New York City---and the GI there was furious with the useless way KRAMM treated my condition--
5. Thus I had to go aggressively with Prednisone and then Colazal was incorporated--and then I started to get some of a life~~~~~
I could definatley write a mini-novelette about Kramm~~~~

Have U read any of our stories???

Do hope U get to feeling better--and we all know U will!!!!

That name is HILARIOUS but the story isn't............

I'll get to the stories eventually.....if I live that long. There's a lot of reading here.

I'm feeling so brave on my GF diet that I may try some time w/o Welchol....when I don't have to leave the house, of course.

We dined at Ruby Tuesday tonight and I had salad bar w/o lettuce. I don't remember exacly why but I read it here.

We went to the grocery afterwards and I bought all 6 boxes of GF waffles I like!

I need to get into town to the health food store. DH bought something pretty terrible from there, choc breakfast bars at over $6! Barf.

Thanks for all of your encouragement. As I'm sure many of you felt I just want to cry... What is bad is that most people I talk to about this just doesn't understand what I'm going threw. Then when I tell them this Dr. didn't find anything wrong with me they look at me like "Well maybe she is just nuts". I did find another report from a Dr. that I went to in 1999 and there it says I have Lymphocytic Colitis. But he wanted me to take Metamucil. In fact I have a letter here with him asking me "How are you doing with the Metamucil?" I have a niece that works for a GI and she says they usually don't know how to treat colitis.
I have read many posts here. I'm glad your all here at least you all know what & how I'm feeling.
