Last Day and wonders never cease!

Of the clasroom training, passed all our courses and tests.

Now we have 2 weeks of on the phone traing with the client hovering over us

and I guess they have to protect thier interests. The two weeks of on te phone training is from 9am to 6pm. Mike gets off work ay 4pm. We figured it is only 2 weeks so he will find something to do until I get off. The client will be here Monday morning for a meeting with us before we get on the phone. We had a potluck to celebrate and Monday we will take a picture of all of us that are the pioneers ( Guinne Pigs) :dancingpenguins:

Now here is the shocker>>>>>>Little Miss Jelous employee came to me at break in the breakroom with the whole team there, and asked if we could bury the hatchet. She has thrown the towel in. I told her (in front of the whole team) that I had no problem cleaning off the slate but I did not want to bring up the past and really didn't want to have any more problems. If she could do that then Yes. Amazing isn't it?

Morning Oma,

Be proud of how you handled that. Whether or not management spoke with her, it is a good thing - hopefully if she stays good - for everyone. Good luck on the 2 weeks of being shadowed by the client.
