ONCE, SORBITOL was a great cleaner-outer~~~~I remember, a few years back, I didnt check this ice cream--shoveled thru the whole thing ---and ended up U know where--and then smacked myself on the head when I realized WHY!!!!Now my system tolerates any type of fillers!!! Besides very few fillers bothered me--
I am doing the Prune thing now-but I will give PEACHES a try too---

Matter of fact I called the DR. who C-mented me---and when he got on the phone--his words again were** still constipated**

So, to be a smartee---I said *NOPE---the C-ment fell out!!!! I got a laugh outta him this time---
He suggested again--Miralax!!!!
NADA!!!!

well---never a dull moment!!!

I'm suprised EL didn't diagnose me with prunes. I over did the prunes and prune juice to get my sample for them.

A women at the lab said, "We don't test for prunes." What a sense of humor.......

Remember that we're all different. Do you recall that Karen, (moremuscle), used to eat prunes regularly, with no D problems whatsoever? In fact, I think that she once commented that she thought they helped her to prevent D. She ate the brands without any preservatives, though, such as Neuman's Own, as I recall.
