Smart Water

Hi All,

Some of you may already be aware of this product, but it's new to me. I recently found a brand of bottled water called "Smart Water," which is "electrolyte-enhanced." The ingredients are: vapor-distilled water, electrolytes (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and potassium bicarbonate). Under normal circumstances, I prefer to use my own water bottle and waste-not-want-not, but I figure if I'm going to buy something in a bottle it might as well be water, which will help with the dehydration, and the electrolytes are a bonus. (Since I have hypoglycemia and have to watch my sugar intake, Gatorade is out for me in large quantities).

Thought others might like to try it and/or might know if I'm wasting my money.

Apparently, the only member who has tried it is Sunny, but it appears to be a good product.

Hi Courtney!
I drank the smart water all summer.
It is by far the best bottled water that I have bought so far.
My daughter that lives in Iowa got me hooked on it while she was visiting in May.

I drank smart water all summer too. It's great. I use it at work as well. Tastes great. No problems at all from it
