Here's how to "borrow" images, (but be careful where copyrights are concerned).
Right click on the image, and select "Save Image as", which will allow you to save the file to a location of your choice on your computer. Then you can use one of the image hosting services, (below the message composing window), to upload the image file, just as you would with any other image.
If that doesn't work, you can capture the hyperlink, and just paste that into your post. IOW, after you right click on the image, select "Copy Link Location". That will copy the hyperlink to your browser's clipboard, and then you can paste it into your post. That hyperlink will link back to the original site, of course.
