Joan,
Now comes some of the fun. They diagnosed my husband with this a couple of months ago. Then he had to go back to see how he did on the machine that is used with sleep apnea. He only got 2 hours of sleep that night.
He resisted using the machine after we got it home. It took a friend of his to talk him into using it.
Just know that you will also have to make some adjustments. It sounds like there is a giant breathing in the room. I tend to sleep fairly light so it has taken me time to adjust also.
Just know that by getting all the O2 he needs each night he will feel better.

I soooo feel your pain,
I begged my DH to do the same, and he finally gave in. Indeed he was "not breathing" an average of 3 or 4 times per minute. He tried the C-pap machine and it didn't really work at all, and I couldn't blame him it was so loud and so "Star Wars" like. He tried meds, everything, and then we ran across a pillow made just for sleep apnea. I remember questioning a $99.00 pillow, but take back every single negative thought or word I may have said. In one night, he no longer snored, we both were able to sleep. Worth every penny!! 3 years old, and it's still working like a charm. For my DH, it was always when he turned over and slept on his back, this pillow doesn't let that happen.

Sweet Dreams,

This sounds like a commercial, but I swear it's not, it's just a plain and simple miracle of a pillow.
