My family (husband and 2 girls) are going to a mission downtown Seattle to serve up turkey dinner for others. We are so excited and I'm especially excited to not cook this year or have to travel. It's going to be a great day!

Well, here I am again. One of the many reasons I haven't been posting is due to lots of cooking. I just have to add to this post with something I just took out of the oven (and tasted while still warm!)

I get e-mails from the brand Enjoy Life, and it often includes recipes. This compnay is free of almost every allergen, and so are the recipes. So, this morning I got up and tried a recipe from them to take with me to a "brunch" meeting today. The recipe is for Pumpkin Tartlets - free of wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, and soy. Best part - they are relatively easy to make and tasted great!!!

I'm posting the recipe (as I received it) in Dee's Kitchen. I did not follow it exactly so will add the changes I made at the end of the recipe. Anyone looking for something new as well as something for those of you with multiple allergies need to try this! I truly believe others without allergies will love it, too.
