DH found some Sublingual Vitamin B-12 at the HF store. It contains B-12 2000MCG, Folic Acid 800MCG, and Vitamin B-6 5MG. It also has Biotin 25 MCG and Vitamin C 3MG. It is in a base of Sorbitol, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate and Fructose. Do you think it's OK for me or should I order B-12 on the net? CVS and Walgreens didn't have it and didn't offer to order it. I haven't checked GNC, yet.
THANKS.

Hmmmmmmmmm. Those are pretty potent pills. That's about a maximum dose of folic acid, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to take more than one a day, on a regular basis, but otherwise, that looks OK. I could always get away with the small amount of sorbitol in vitamins, but if I eat enough of it, it still gives me D, so it's hard to say how it might affect you.
The only ones I've ever taken did contain sorbitol. Since these are designed to dissolve in the mouth, for all I know, they may all contain sorbitol, to make them taste better.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
