Have u moved house to Arizona??

Had a dodgy gut last week...ate vacuum packed mackeral fish fillets...i was ill for 3 days...doesnt usually effect me mackeral but i reckon i got a bad batch...aint gonna eat them anymore completely scunnered me

Been trying to stick to diet alone for a few days and not taking asacole, only now and again...have to say ive been ok without the meds...took 2 today and got an achy gut...still experimenting...
