Lou and I do the *snow birding thing* every year---which is the older ya get the further away from the cold U wanna be and so U hop off to a warmer climate WINTER--and that be Arizona--which is also where our son, Douglas, lives with his wife--

We missed last year due to all the ailments that pounced atop us-----

So we first started our trek to Illinois to visit our friends Carmen and Gene (who also have a place here in AZ.) then off to Colorado--spent a week with our daughter Debbie where daddy did the the *honey-do* repairs for her
and finally here to our apartment, that we rent, in AZ>--we stay from Dec. to the end of March--and then we shelp home again----

We also do this crazy drive cus thats the time we get to see Doug---who has some disabilities-and tis hard for him to travel----

get the energy from Lou---cus he keeps PUSHING me--

he cannot sit still nor stay put in one place for very long----

we have been doing this for many a year--missed last year due to new ailments arising and I wanted a winter home to see the snow and the sleet twinkling on the trees--when I did--I said---back to Arizona for the nice warm weather--

the only drawback --it just doesnt seem like Christmas in the WARM weather and on the EVE-at our friends house doesnt make feel like saying
