Anybody have a Gluten Free Gourmet Cookbook?

I can't seem to find mine. I'm not yet ready to replace it, because I just know it is here somewhere in the Christmas mess around my house!

However, there are a couple of recipes from it that I need in the next couple of days. If anyone has one of her books, and I haven't found mine, I may be posting a request for recipes!

If you are referring to "The Gluten - Free Gourmet , Living Well Without Wheat” by Bette Hagman. Then Yes I have a copy. Would be glad to help you out. Or even send you my copy since I never use it.

Let me know what I can do.

I am sure we can figure out a way to get you the recipes you need.

Thanks, Matthew. Yes, what I use is a Bette Hagman book, but I guess I have a different one than you.

Anyway, I'm especially looking for the Nut Butter Bread right now. If that's in your book, let me know. Also, if you really want to free yourself of a book you are not using, I'll send you my address and postage to cover it.

What a wonderful site! I was not aware that I could actually view the recipes inside the book at any website. Thanks so much. I'll be remembering this site and, until I find my own paper copy of the book, I'll be using this.

Thanks everybody for the help. I found my cookbook!!

Apparently I'd put it down in a basket that I had in the kitchen at one time. When I put the basket away, I forgot to take the cookbook out. Boy - never again!!!
