I don't think I want to put this on the "Confessions" page, but I saw you had posted a bunch of new recipes (thank you, thank you, thank you). I went in and was looking at recipes previously posted and now I'm afraid my keyboard is going to spark from all the drool.
I know you are a chef but darn those recipes sound good. The only question I have is where do you get the xna....? gum from? I have very limited resources in my town of 7 thousand so have to figure out where to go in the big city of Austin. I do have Whole Foods but haven't tried to find any of the health food stores. I know when I lived in Anchorage there were a couple of places to go to. One or two weren't worth the money so I know it takes time to find the right one.
I know I don't seem to be having a reaction to wheat (could be because I don't eat that much anyway) but am willing to try some new things that are gluten free.
Again, thanks for all the recipes you have put up.
Jan

Hi Jan!
Your comment about the drool cracked me up!! Thank you for my laugh of the day!!
You can find the xanthan gum at Whole Foods which I find to be cheaper on some GF items versus the health food stores. Plus they carry more product. You can get a gluten free list from the Whole Foods website.
Now, the xanthan gum will seem pricey, but it will last a long time because you usually only have to use a small amount. Some GF recipes you don't even have to use it.
You are quite welcome for the recipes.
