Next time that you make baked potatoes at home, if you bake them in the oven, throw some garlic cloves, about 4-6 , in some foil and cover with some olive oil and roast those. Baked potatoes baked at 375-400 degrees, roast the garlic about 25 minutes. Test it with a fork to see if it is nice & soft..
Nothing better on a baked potato. Use both the garlic & oil on the potatoes....
Lots of time I will roast about 10 whole cloves in the olive oil and put those in my mashed potatoes and I don't even have to add chicken broth or milk.
