Tex!
Thanks so much for contributing the old posts to the new forums. I will try to add something soon.
I'm still not sure if we have enough active paleos to keep things humming. As someone said, often folks disappear once they are in remission. I was trying to think of the paleos and came up with Matthew, Karen, Joanna, and I. Of course, there are other MIs like Carrie (Rick), Lucy, Gloria, Pat, etc. Can you think of any more "old" paleos? I might send them an email to let them know about the new forums and see if they might be available for some input.
Thanks again.
Love,
Polly
P.S. I posted in some of the new forums.

Hi Polly,
I can't think of any more paleo diet followers who no longer post. Andrew, (Terps) and Bob, (bobh) are both double DQ2s, and Celia and Kimberley, (kimpat), are double DQ1s, but Celia hasn't posted since moving to the monastery in France, and while Kimberley does check in now and then, I'm sure that dealing with her pregnancy probably occupies most of her spare time. Bob left a lot of information that we might want to move to one of the new forums.
I'll look for appropriate articles to move, whenever I have some free time, (and when I remember to do so).
The recipes may be the toughest, since most paleo recipes have been referred to by means of links, rather than by actually posting recipes here. I haven't found many in a quick search. You may have to edit any that I recover and move to the new forum, to make sure that they don't include any ingredients not sanctioned by paleo enthusiasts.
I noticed that you've been posting away this morning.
Do you want to make any of those posts "sticky"?
Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
