Wanted you to know that Michigan is having a change of heart with the temps today. Already it is 46* now you can't beat that! If you have family or friends here in Michigan and they don't answer their phones call the closest hospital, dr's office or medical clinic because they are probably all sick.
Our weather has been so unpredictable that both David and I have conjestion, runny noses, sinus headache etc. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!! Actually as I look outside right now it's also raining.
Hey if it's dry tomorrow I just might get the rest of my Christmas Lights taken down from the deck outside. But for right now I think I'll just go back to my lazy boy and only I crochet I don't knit.

Feeling much better this afternoon. Not so plugged up and conjested thank goodness.
I use to giggle or laugh when my aunt or my mother would predict the weather because their whole body ached. WELL let me tell ya.... it's not so funny when now I'm able to forecast the weather.

Yes, David and I will be celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary on Monday, Feb.9th.
It doesn't seem possible that we've been together that many years but our journey together has been full of many memories that we cherish dearly.
We don't really have any specific plans made for the day but I am going to making a special dinner for the 2 of us. You will be part of our celebration because we both LOVED your Lemon Cake so that is what I'm making for our desert. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!
Today I am sooooooo proud of myself.......................LOL
I got all of our Christmas Lights off the deck! I just know it will make our manager here at the apt. complex happy! Mybe they'll give us a discount on next months rent? I won't hold my breath on that one though.

David's brother; Richard lives in California and we have some very dear friends who live in Colorado and they've been really rubbing it in that they've been able to go golfing already. Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just glad that the weather is changing and hopefully it won't take 6 or 8 weeks before winter finally ends. I am ready for SPRING!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is only February..
I never get my hopes up because when I do we get slammed with another snow storm.
