Hello all
I have been diagnosed the MC back in DEC..I have stopped all dairy products, sugar, and things that would upset me.
It has been 4 days with a firm BM (sorry gross) with little abdominal cramping. Is it possible that I am in remission??
Sounds like good news to me! But don't be surprised if you slip back a little. It usually takes a while to fine tune everything and heal the gut. You are on the right track!!! Enjoy it!
Love,
Polly

Sure it's possible. We're all different, and some of us are able to achieve remission much sooner than others. As Polly mentioned, don't be surprised if you have a little setback or two along the way, but it appears that you may well be in remission, or within spitting distance of it, anyway.

wow thats wonderful! see, diet alone can help out a Lot!
I wont stray far, or get my hopes up..Im not willing to jump into any dairy products yet anyway!
God Bless, and Happy Valentines!
Yes. Stress can certainly make the symptoms much worse. That's a common problem with MC, in today's stressful world.
Incidentally, many of us here control our symptoms completely, by diet alone, including Polly and myself.
Happy Valentine's Day to you, too.

Very happy to hear that you are doing so well and sure hope it continues for you. Please don't get discouraged if (as has already been said) you have a setback or two. It happens, but just think about how far you have come.

Keep going and don't give up if you slip a bit as Polly says, because it can happen. I have been in remission for over 4 years and occassionallly I have the flare from hell. But I i eat bland for a few days and behave myself (foodwise, Ha Ha ) then I go right back to normal. We're all different as Tex said, and have our own Schedules.

May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
GREAT!
Just make sure you don't get constipated if you are on antidiarrheal medications right now. You might have to ease up on those to prevent constipation if that's the case.
