Hi Angy,

That's a bummer. I wondered where you were. I'm glad to hear it was the PC that was sick, and not you, though.

It's good to see you back here.

Really good to see you back and I hope the computer will be OK - at least for a while. With mine it seems like once a major problem has been fixed - it will work - but it's never the same again. Hope your's behaves better.

Hi Angy,

I was wondering what had happened, but I suspected that maybe your computer was acting up again. I agree with Shirley that once they start acting up, they seem to have residual issues. I've occasionally tracked it down to defective motherboards, with intermittent circuit problems, or faulty, (or underpowered), power supplies, which can cause all sorts of problems, but it seems that there are at least a zillion things that can go wrong with computers, and sometimes, it's the operating system itself, that's the problem, though XP is generally the most reliable operating system that Microsoft has ever produced.

I hope it keeps working for you, now that you've got it going, again.

It's good to hear that you're doing well, yourself.

Glad to see you back, Angy. I hope your PC is fixed for good. It's amazing how we've become so dependent on them.

Gloria, you really said a mouthful........... I can't believe how isolated I feel without one. It's like a lifeline now.

Hi Angy,

It's good to see that you've got that computer cranked up again, and working.

I hope you can get by without the Baileys.

Hi Angy,
hope that you get it fixed soo. It is so frustrating, computers seem to have a mind of their own. I was having problems with my desktop a while back. It just would not load Windows. I would get this message telling me it was a "disc boot failure" Ocasionally, if I turned it off it would decide to start next time. Twice I thought it had come to the end of it's days, it just would not go. On taking it to my 'Computer Guru" he would turn it on and away it would go as if nothing was wrong. I would feel a real fool. So far so good for the moment.

Love

Liz
