If you can copy & paste just copy all or part of your text in the post then go to the main index and click on "Personal Experiences with Diet". Then open a new post and paste it in.
I could do that but then the post would appear to be from me instead of you.
Perhaps Wayne knows how to overcome that hurdle but I'm not that computer savy.
I just thought it was a very nice, concise description of your progress which just begged to be saved.

The only other way to do it and still keep the authorship correct, is to move the entire thread from this forum to the information forum.
