Did you ever let General Mills know about your reaction to Rice Chex?
I think it would really be helpful to everyone if you did.....

Hi Joan:

Was just checking the boards and you diffinately brought up a good point about the Rice Chex Cereal and the reaction that I had eating it. I will try and contact General Mills about my reaction to the cereal. I don't know exactly what they may or may not do but at least it's getting it's contents out in the open so others can be aware.

Thank You My Friend!
Love and God Bless:

Hi There Jodi!
Post the ingredients of the Rice Chex for me so I can look see what may have caused you problems.
It may not have even been the Rice Chex depending on whatever other foods you had eaten before the cereal.
I'm out of them or I'd check the ingredients myself..
I've never had any reaction from eating them.
((((HUG)))))

I've never had a reaction to Rice Chex, either.

Dee,

Just click on the box label, to enlarge it for easier reading.

There is nothing wrong with the ingredient list. Therefore, there is no logical reason to reformulate it, (what would they change?). If they receive enough complaints, however, they may remove the gluten-free label, (they have already moved it off the front of the box, possibly due to complaints).

I ate a big bowl of them Saturday morning, with no noticeable ill effect, and I will probably do the same tomorrow morning.

Love,
Tex
