I have looked back through my food diary and eggs seem to be the culprit. Polly suggested maybe legumes. I did have a few green beans last night. They were frozen ones which I really don't care for as they always taste funny to me. But when I looked back I haven't had any legumes for about 3 weeks. Go figure.
The only other thing I have done is increase my Vit. D3 from 2000 IU to 4000 IU per day. I take one tablet in the a.m. and the other with dinner. I just checked the ingredient list and didn't see anything that raised a red flag.
After being in remission for so long this is really dragging me down.
