I of all people who should know better....LOL.....

Ate Peanut butter crackers...1/2 snickers bar....three DR Peppers

a Poptart and for supper...Fried Potatoes,eggs, and sausage

Call me dunb....but I was excellant at work today...shined like a light bulb. Have DR appointment tomorrow morning.....maybe we can get something in the works regarding my sinuses. Not to mention getting all my meds swqitched over toi this new Doc and getting referrels for a Good GI in San Angelo TX. we'll see what this country DR can help me with.

anyway I will let you all know tomorrow...Love Oma
