We just drove and drove--stopped to sleep--grab a bite at Waffle House and then hit the road----
Thursday morning--L. wakes me up at 5AM--cus he cant sleep and says lets get on the road-----
Are U crazy--waking me up at 5am----so I thought and figured what the hell lets go-----so we hit Waffle house---grabbed some bananas and peanut butter cups (from the from desk of the hotel) jumped into the car and took off------
We drove 14 straight hours----in the worst pouring rain (scares me) ---then got detoured in chattanoooga --and of course that LuLuBelle keeps yapping---off course--off course----One day I will punch her--she is then directing us back to the construction--hahahah---then we got lost for about 1/2 hour--came across some cops--they set us straight and off we flew--
Pulled into our driveway at 9PM---the lights went on thruout the house----and within minuters---the neighborse knew we were home----
Frank--next door- he takes care of my plants--so we call him Uncle Frank----saw us and ran in---called his wife Carmela and she ran over----and my friend Eileen calls----saying *saw the lights and just had to call*
So everybody happy to have us home-----but all that driving zapped me and L. we were like walking zombies---shut the phones down--took a nice afternnon sleep and now am feeling like 1/2 a Barbara --
Maggs-----right----we had no *nutty* things happen to us on this trip---
So i am happy to be home----but as I started to unpack *alotta bags* I told L. --Keep me away from those 99cents stores cus I cam home with stuff that I dont know why I bought them---
And lemme tell U all---he did his adding to the 99cents stuff too---
I am catching up on some posts------and being that my eyelids are slowly falling my eyeballz ---I think it be time to cuddle up and doze off to dream time again----
And I am going to tell U all about the dreams I had-----and they kinda scared me---but the more I thought of it maybe it was a *so-long* from a bunch of school time and working friends----
Polly knows the dreams I have---real as could be
I am going to tell my doctor about them----cus they were more than vivid---
