Hi there, haven'y been online in a while. Had a few painful days with the fibro and oa and ra, but feel a bit better now. I fell at work Monday.

Fell over a co-workers feet that were stuck out in the way. He didn't mean to make me fall. I didn't break anything but I have a large sized bruise on my left elbow, one on my left knee, one on my right knee and my right foot is really buised.

Mike and I have been busy putting plumbing in the new apt, no floor yet tho.
I ended up staying with my team and worked out the issues. So far no problems. Our Top execs asked us to go to the email part of our business and help them catch up. We are suppose to go back to our Queue in a month. All it amounts to is Kudo's in our file. Our team is cross trained in all Queues now. :poopbanana:

Sorry to hear about your fall Oma. Taking a tumble like that can be very bad for us and anyone for that matter.
I took a tumble unexpectedly at Christmas time putting up decorations. Was working at a very fast pace and got my feet caught in David's oxygen tubing.
I felt myself going down and knew there was NO WAY of stopping the fall.
Hopefully, the bruising will clear up quickly but don't be surprised if you find yourself quite sore for a week or two.
I hope your co-worker realizes that sometimes extending your feet where others walk is not a good idea in the future. I just hope it doesn't happen to you again or anyone else. I'm sure the entire event was scarry as well as embarrassing.

Hi Oma,

It's good to see you posting again, but I'm sorry to hear about that fall. Something like that can cause pain, and other problems, for quite a while, sometimes. I'm glad nothing was broken. I hope "Big Foot" learned a valuable lesson from that experience.

That sounds like a nasty fall. I'm glad you didn't break any bones, but I'm sorry that you have a lot of bruises.

I'm glad you were able to make a good decision about your job. It sounds like it's been pretty busy.

So glad to hear from you, Oma. Sounds like you are pretty enthusastic about the job and that's great. Glad you and management could work things out.

Take care of yourself and I sure hope the worst is over regarding the fall.

Good to hear about the progress on the apartment also.
