Hi Gloria,

I spotted some of the new Almond Dream at the HFS the other day, but I was reluctant to buy it bc the label did not say it was SF and Vitamin E was listed among the ingredients. Are you doing okay with it?

Yes, I've been drinking two 8 oz. glasses every day since March 7 and I'm still maintaining remission, remission being 1-2 solid or Normans a day.

I reduced to 1 pill of Entocort every other day on February 14. On March 11, I reduced the Entocort to 1 pill every three days. On April 2, I stopped taking it completely. Since I've been on a very minimal or no dosage of Entocort for two months, I think it would be affecting me if it had any of my intolerances.

I have just begun combining 1/2 Almond Dream with 1/2 of my homemade rice milk with the calcium powder added. I like the taste of the combination better than I like either of them alone. I think that I may start combining the two all the time.

That's great news, Gloria (both about your remission and about the Almond Dream being SF!). I have not tried making my own rice milk yet, but it sounds fairly simple and much less expensive than the store brands. I'll have to try that soon. I am so happy to have some kind of milk available in the stores, though, especially for when I'm travelling or am in another situation where I can't make my own.

Morning All,

Just got an email from So Delicious and they now have Regular (non-sweetened), Sweetned and Vanilla flavor coconut milk in the stores. Dairy free, soy free, etc. Might be worth checking into as an alternative. I am definitely looking for it.

Love, Maggie

That does sound delicious. I hope I run across it. I'd try it.

Maggie,

I'll be looking for that, too. (I still need to try to locate some Almond Dream).

Thanks.

Love,
Tex
