Yup---this past Christmas made 1 year since I decided falling down the stairs was easier than taking it one by one
Surgery done Christmas Eve Day and I went home Christmas Day---and if U remember Kait reminded me that I wasnt going to see Santa(strolling the floors) cus he only visits the Pediatric ward---

over to the door there to my surprise*what did appear* but SANTA and his helper--

Of course he was visiting the nurses but acting like a child I *yelled* Santa can U come into my room and he did--

I related the story--that my grandaughter told me--so he handed me a Candy Cane-- and off he went--

When I got home Christmas Day --Lynn had prepared food and I took my candy cane and said to Kait*Haha--Santa DID visit me---it was fun acting like a BIG KID over a candy cane--


And my first Yoga session was fine---stopped when I got mid-way to do a certain pose--then the next time I bent a bit lower!!!

I love the way you write. You tell such great stories.

I'm waiting for the day you can write and say that you are tasting and smelling things again. That too will be a happy day.

Gloria-- it would be a *thrill* of a lifetime to say *ummmmmm that tasted so good --- or boy does that smell good!!!

There is still no answer to be found as to *why* ---and there isnt much more testing that can be done??? OR there might be but I have had enuf testing~~~
So I remain a *mystery*

I sorta relate it to a weird *pin-new-monia* I had in 04----had surgery for that too--they had to get better specimens of the spots(thus going into the lungs) that were multiplying on my lungs--and it totally befuddled all the doctors---was in the hospital 2 weeks for that--
We all here had a good laugh as to the names they came up with---BOOP--MOM---and finally I had a *newmonia * called AFOP!!! and this will make U laugh--when I went to GYN for the usual ---I gave him the paper to keep in his files--and when he said *U had AFOP? I looked at him and asked--*are U telling me that U know of AFOP??
YUP he said--I laughed so hard--and told him *too bad I didnt know I would have had U in on my case to make it easier on me*!!

Yes, it certainly has been interesting the things that I have come down with!!!
