It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I agree, I think they don't want any input from the "peanut gallery" unless its negative.
On the other hand, I am doing OK, not great, but better than I was, thanks for asking. I have not wanted to post anything b/c I didn't want to jinx it. I have good days and bad, just like everyone else, but I am hoping that my intestines are starting to heal and that the diet is finally working. I know it takes a while for this to happen, but like everyone, we all want remission now.
I am keeping my fingers and butt cheeks crossed.

I agree that progress is agonizingly slow, sometimes, and setbacks can be mighty frustrating, but I am definitely encouraged by your post. Hopefully, after a certain amount of healing, your rate of improvement will accelerate.
