I also am intolerant to soy, as are many of the members here. Before I was diagnosed, I tried drinking soy milk and also didn't notice any difference. I told my GI and he responded that I must not be allergic to milk. Little did he or I realize that I didn't improve because I was intolerant to many other foods, including dairy and since I was still eating them, eliminating dairy had no impact on my symptoms.
