stomach pain and vitamins
I cannot take the regular one a day type vitamins without them causing agonizing stomach pain. I started taking the "super food" or sometimes labled as "whole food" type around six months ago and have not experienced any problems from them. Anyone else have this problem?
Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

Hi Delta,
For the longest time I could not "stomach" multi vitamins, but I now can since starting Freeda's Senior Formula Multi Vitamin. Their vitamins (not just the senior ones) are free of gluten, lactose, no artifical colors or flavors, vegan, no sugar, starch, gelatin or yeast.
They work for most of us that have tried them.

I'm taking the Freeda Geri Mult-vitamin, too. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of calcium in them, especially for a Geri vitamin. I used to take Nature Made Her 50+ vitamins and am anxious to go back to them because they have more calcium, but they also contain cornstarch. I still don't know if corn is a problem.
