Positive for UTI with no symptoms

Hello Everyone,

For as long as I can remember I have tested positive for UTI (urinary tract infections) while having no symptoms. I always get tested because I almost always have abdo pain (my MC). Positive UTI means High red and white blood cells in urine.

My acupuncturist says I may be "leaking" cells from my intestines and they are showing up as waste products in my urine?

Has anyone else either noticed this issue or had "chronic" urinary tract infections?
