We are all fixed and ready to hit the keys--
Lou got this place called LIVE PERSON.COM------and he is Xpert in the entire workings of computers---and besides that there are other peoples that are Xperts in different phases of teachnology etc.
It was incrediable to watch my machine being cleaned out and fixed UP---although I had seen it done --
He and Louie spoke about 1/2 hour about fee and what the PROBLEM was--flat rate $65.00 then he went on the clock and it took him 25 minutes to zip thru the entire puter----at the end---he asked if we were satisfied--etc-and he thanked us for being so delighted with what he did---
Amazing Xperience------would highly recommend this guy --specially when U dont know what the hell is wrong with the puter
