hiya Gloria---thanks so much for your kind words-----and specially understanding that when a woman finds the *perfect seat* nothing else would take its place---

Lou did speak with an Indionesan first(thats who Dell uses for trouble shooting) but he wasnt much help--thus suggesting speaking to a higher up in India--and thats where we were wondering what the $$$ would be--but so very happy we found this guy----

Was so funny--cus after he and Lou spoke--we just sat and watched all this megga stuff being poofed here and there--also a little message came thru saying to Lou---*U have too much garbage here* of course using the words---USELESS STUFF!!!and out it came--YEAAAAAA said I

Soooooooo, I told Mr.L-keep your hands OFF MY puter and stick all the junk in yours!!! --

WOW something else I am noticing too----when I hit the emoticons--they are popping right in--before I had to come back to my message and add them???

Soooooooo--there was quite alotta mess floating around MY puter--

I am so Xcited to see things running diferently ---what a TREAT!!!
